AutoWeld-EV8000: Deep Penetration Laser Welding for EV Chassis & Structural Parts

The AutoWeld-EV8000 delivers 8000W of fiber laser power for deep penetration welding of EV chassis components, battery tray frames, and structural aluminum extrusions. With a dual-beam optical configuration, it achieves full-penetration welds on 6mm aluminum alloy in a single pass — eliminating multi-pass MIG welding and post-weld distortion correction.

Solving the Aluminum Porosity Problem

Aluminum laser welding is prone to hydrogen porosity from surface oxides and moisture. The EV8000's dual-beam configuration creates a stable keyhole with reduced vapor plume, combined with pre-weld laser cleaning capability to remove surface oxides — achieving porosity levels below 1% by cross-section area.
