The AutoWeld-BIW6000 is a scanner-based remote laser welding system designed for high-throughput automotive body-in-white (BIW) assembly. Mounted on a 6-axis robot, the remote welding head covers a 600×600mm field of view without repositioning — delivering weld speeds up to 10m/min on galvanized steel and aluminum alloy panels.
